These are provider endpoints for Google Finance page data, accessed through Glasser. The Google Sheets formula uses a separate interface and workflow.

Are prices guaranteed to be live and undelayed?

No such guarantee is made here. Check the selected source, returned time information and coverage before deciding how to use a quote.

Can I request any historical price range?

The SerpApi description includes a price graph, but that alone does not establish arbitrary historical-range support. Check the endpoint inputs and provider documentation for the range you need.
