Get Inflation Data History for One Series by Date Range (Financial Datasets)
Get the values of one inflation series over time, such as a consumer price index (CPI) series: each observation with its date and value. Supply series (required), the code of the series; optionally narrow with start_date and end_date (YYYY-MM-DD), and pass the returned cursor to read the next page. Use it to chart how prices rose across recent months.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
