Get the Latest Inflation Reading by Series (Financial Datasets)
Get the most recent value of an inflation series, such as a consumer price index (CPI) series, with its date. Series, the code of the series, is optional; supply it to get the reading of that one series. No date range to choose; use it to check where inflation stands today.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
