List 13D and 13G Beneficial Ownership Filings by Ticker or Filer CIK (Financial Datasets)
List Schedule 13D and 13G beneficial ownership filings, where an investor reports owning more than 5% of a company's shares. Supply ticker for the stakes held in one company, or filer_cik for the stakes one filer holds (at least one). Set type to activist (13D) or passive (13G), add the optional history flag, and narrow by filing date. Each filing returns the filer, shares owned and percent of class. Up to 100 filings per page with a cursor.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
