List Activist Investor Stakes from 13D Filings by Ticker or Filer CIK (Financial Datasets)
List activist stakes disclosed on Schedule 13D, filed when an investor owns more than 5% of a company and intends to influence it. Supply ticker for the activists in one company, or filer_cik for the stakes one activist investor holds (at least one); add the optional history flag and a filing date range. Each stake returns the filer, shares owned and percent of class. Up to 100 stakes per page with a cursor; a company with no activist filings returns none.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
