List Insider Trades for a Ticker from SEC Forms 4 and 5 (Financial Datasets)
List insider trades in one company by ticker, taken from SEC Form 4 and Form 5 filings and their amendments. Supply ticker; optionally filter by insider name, transaction_type, form_type (4, 4/A, 5, 5/A) or a filing date range. Each trade returns the insider's name and title, transaction date, shares bought or sold, price per share, transaction value and shares owned after the trade. Up to 100 trades per page with a cursor.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
Once: paste this into your agent's chat. The Skill installs the CLI and logs in by itself. For an agent that cannot use a shell, connect it over MCP instead.
