Look Up Sale and Rental Market Statistics for a US ZIP Code

Look up how one US ZIP code's housing market is doing and get back, for sales and for long-term rentals, the average, median, minimum and maximum price or rent, the same figures per square foot, average and median square footage and days on market, how many listings are new and how many total, the same breakdown per property type and per bedroom count, and a month-by-month history. Ask for both sides or just sales or just rentals, and choose how many months of history to include. Sale history starts January 2024 and rental history April 2020; a ZIP with no coverage returns nothing rather than an empty shell.

How to run it

Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
