TikTok video with media download
Video with media download from TikTok via ScrapeCreators. Same read as the TikTok video Endpoint plus a permanent copy of the video file (download_media_urls); 10 credits when media is found. One request per call; the vendor bills the request whether or not data comes back, and a not-found answer is reported as no result.
