X account top tweets, one page

One page of an X account's tweets as the vendor ranks them: up to 100 of the account's most engaged tweets and often far fewer (6 for an account with 900 posts), not the latest, with no cursor and no paging. For an account's timeline newest first use TikHub /api/v1/twitter/web/fetch_user_post_tweet, which pages with a cursor, or Apify /apidojo/tweet-scraper, which returns the whole Posts tab in one Run. One request per call; the vendor bills the request whether or not data comes back, and a not-found answer is reported as no result.
