Before you start

Can I get a list for a specific city or brokerage?

Yes. Start with a city and the real estate agent job title. Apollo people search supports job titles, locations and employer domains. The returned list reflects the provider’s coverage; it is not a complete licensing register.

Does finding an agent also reveal their email?

Apollo people search returns identity and employment information without email addresses or telephone numbers. A separate lookup, such as Hunter Email Finder, uses a person’s name and company domain to look for an address. Missing names or domains can prevent a reliable lookup.

Are all email candidates verified?

No. An address can be inferred from a company’s email pattern. Review the confidence score and run an explicit verification check when needed. Catch-all and unknown results remain uncertain; finding an email does not establish consent to contact the person.

What if an agent or address is missing?

Keep the missing field empty and report what the source returned. Try another spelling or confirm the current brokerage domain before a new lookup. Do not invent an address or label a company inbox as a verified personal email.

How do I run this with my own agent?

Copy the setup and task prompt together. Replace the bracketed inputs, then send it to your agent. Follow the sign-in instructions and review the proposed data sources and prices before running the task.

Are the results and costs shown here real?

These are fictional walkthroughs, not recorded API runs. Names, domains, counts and costs illustrate the output format. Actual coverage and charges depend on the selected endpoints, returned data and number of calls. Your agent should report the actual charge with its result.
