Search Form D Private Placement Offerings by Filing Date (SEC API)
Search Form D notices of exempt private offerings and placements (Regulation D fundraising) with a Lucene-style query over named fields such as filedAt and submissionType (D for a new notice, D/A for an amendment). Each offering returns the issuer, total offering amount, amount already sold, number of investors and the exemption claimed. Up to 50 offerings per page (default 10) with a from offset, sorted by filedAt.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
