Search IPO Prospectuses from S-1 and 424B4 Filings by Filing Date (SEC API)
Search structured data from S-1 registration statements and 424B4 final prospectuses with a Lucene-style query over named fields such as filedAt (for example filedAt:[2025-01-01 TO 2025-03-31]). Each filing returns the offering price, the amount raised, the securities offered, the underwriters, the law firms, the auditor, the management team and the employee count. Up to 50 filings per page (default 10) with a from offset, sorted by filedAt.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
