Search Regulation A Exit Reports (Form 1-Z) by Filing Date (SEC API)
Search Form 1-Z exit reports, which a Regulation A issuer files when its offering ends or to suspend its reporting duty, with a Lucene-style query over named fields such as filedAt (for example filedAt:[2025-01-01 TO 2025-03-31]). Each report returns the issuer and the data of its Form 1-Z. Form 1-Z only: offering statements (1-A) and annual reports (1-K) have their own endpoints, and the combined Reg A search covers all three. Up to 50 reports per page (default 10) with a from offset, sorted by filedAt.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
