Search SEC Accounting and Auditing Enforcement Releases (AAER) by Date (SEC API)
Search Accounting and Auditing Enforcement Releases (AAERs), the SEC actions against companies, executives and auditors over financial reporting and audit misconduct, with a Lucene-style query over named fields such as dateTime (for example dateTime:[2025-01-01 TO 2025-06-30]). Each release returns the parties charged, the violations and penalty amounts. Litigation releases, administrative proceedings and SEC enforcement actions each have their own endpoint. Up to 50 releases per page (default 10) with a from offset, sorted by dateTime.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
Once: paste this into your agent's chat. The Skill installs the CLI and logs in by itself. For an agent that cannot use a shell, connect it over MCP instead.
