Search SEC Administrative Proceedings and Orders by Release Date (SEC API)
Search SEC administrative proceedings, the cases the SEC resolves with its own orders rather than in court, with a Lucene-style query over named fields such as releasedAt (for example releasedAt:[2025-01-01 TO 2025-03-31]). Each proceeding returns the respondents, the order issued, penalty amounts and whether it settled. Litigation releases (court cases), accounting and auditing enforcement releases (AAER) and SEC enforcement actions each have their own endpoint. Up to 50 proceedings per page (default 10) with a from offset, sorted by releasedAt.

How to run it
Two fields identify it: the Provider and the endpoint key. The key looks like a path because it usually mirrors the Provider's own, but it is an opaque identifier — not a URL you can open. The same provider:endpoint pair is what your Policy lists.
Once: paste this into your agent's chat. The Skill installs the CLI and logs in by itself. For an agent that cannot use a shell, connect it over MCP instead.
